Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery time is 2–14 business days from order completion to your doorstep in Egypt. We ship from our Dubai hub directly to you, bypassing the delays you'd experience with other platforms.

Where do you ship from?
We source directly from factories in Guangzhou, China, and fulfill orders through our logistics partner in Dubai. From there, we deliver straight to your address in Egypt.

Do you ship outside Egypt?
Currently we deliver to Egypt only. We're expanding to other North African countries soon — check back or sign up for updates.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment in real-time until it arrives.

What if my package is delayed?
Delays occasionally happen due to customs or local logistics. We'll notify you immediately and work with our partner to resolve it. Contact us at krisossai@888egypt.com or WhatsApp +31 6 417 7906 7 for support.

Customs & Duties

Do I have to pay customs or duty charges?
No. The price you see at checkout includes all handling, freight, and customs processing. There are no surprises at delivery.

Why is customs included in the price?
We've partnered with trusted logistics providers in Dubai who handle customs clearance on your behalf. This means faster delivery, no delays at the border, and no unexpected charges when your package arrives.

What if customs asks for more info?
Our logistics team manages customs communication. If anything is needed, they'll contact us and we'll sort it. You won't be involved.

Is there a guarantee my package won't get held?
We work with experienced partners who know the Egypt customs process inside-out. We aim for zero holds, and in rare cases, we resolve them quickly.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa / Mastercard, Egyptian bank transfers, and digital wallets (Paymob, Fawry). More options coming soon.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. We use Shopify's industry-standard SSL encryption and trusted payment processors. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Can I pay via bank transfer?
Yes, for orders over a certain amount. Select "Bank Transfer" at checkout and we'll provide details. Payment must clear before we process your order.

Do you offer payment plans or installments?
Not yet, but we're working on it. Check back soon.

What if my payment is declined?
Most declines happen due to card limits or bank blocks. Contact your bank to approve international transactions, then retry. If it still fails, reach out to us and we'll help troubleshoot.

Sizing & Product Fit

How do I know what size to order?
Every product page has a detailed size guide with measurements (bust, length, waist, etc.). Measure yourself and compare — this is the most accurate way.

What if the size doesn't fit?
No worries. All items are returnable within 30 days of delivery if unworn and with tags attached. We'll arrange a return or exchange for free.

Do the sizes run small or large?
Most of our items fit true to size. We note any exceptions on the product page. If unsure, check reviews from other customers or message us on WhatsApp.

Can I get a different size shipped before returning the first?
Yes, if the item is in stock. Contact us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a swap with minimal delay.

What's your return policy for sizing issues?
If you order the wrong size, we cover the return shipping. Simply initiate a return in your account and we'll send you a prepaid label.

Can I request a specific product or style?
Yes! Head to our "Request an Item" page, paste the product link (from SHEIN, Taobao, etc.), and tell us your size and color. We'll source it for you — usually arrives in 1–2 weeks.

Do you have a loyalty program?
Not yet, but we reward repeat customers — ask us for a discount code.
