30-Day Return Window:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items.

Conditions for Returns:

- Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached).

- Accessories and final sale items may have specific restrictions (check product pages for details).

- For hygiene reasons, certain items like swimwear or undergarments cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our support team at support@888egypt.com or via WhatsApp at [Your Business Number] with your order number.

2. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back to our Cairo facility.

3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Card, Wallet, etc.) within 5–7 business days of approval.

- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we can issue store credit or coordinate a bank transfer.

Exchanges:

Love the style but need a different size? We offer free exchanges for size issues (subject to availability). Contact us quickly to reserve your replacement!

Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will handle the replacement cost 100%.
