Shipping and Delivery

• How we ship: From our Dubai hub to Egypt, using trusted logistics partners.

• Delivery timeframe: 3–7 business days from dispatch to your doorstep in Egypt. Times may vary based on location and customs.

• Shipping costs: Free shipping for orders over 5000 EGP. For orders below threshold, standard shipping applies (see checkout for exact rate).

• Tracking: Every order ships with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment from our site using your order number.

2. Returns and exchanges

• Return window: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• Condition: Items must be in original condition with all tags attached and unworn/unused.

• Eligible items: Clothing and accessories that are unworn and in resalable condition. Personal care items, underwear, and sale/clearance items may be excluded. If an item is marked as final sale, it is not eligible for return.

• How to initiate a return:  • Log in to your account and go to Order History.

  • Select the order and click “Return/Exchange.”

  • Choose reason for return and preferred action (refund or exchange).

  • We will provide a prepaid return label where applicable or instructions for drop-off if required by the carrier.


• Refunds:  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • You will receive an email notification once your refund is issued.


• Exchanges:  • Exchanges are processed for the same item in the requested size/color if available. If not available, a refund will be issued.


• Return shipping cost:  • If the return is due to our error (damaged items, wrong item sent, etc.), return shipping is covered by us.

  • If the return is for other reasons, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.


3. Damaged or defective items

• Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

• We will provide a prepaid return label and replace the item or issue a refund, whichever you prefer and is available.

4. Non-returnable items

• Final sale items or customized items (if applicable) are not eligible for return.

• Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
